We offer a reliable and simple mechanism that directly pushes the chucked bolt into the workpiece hole using the upper electrode of the welding machine. This includes the "electrode push-in method," which shortens the supply cycle, and the "vacuum method," which ensures stable bolt supply regardless of the bolt material by employing a vacuum suction method. 【Features (Electrode Push-In Method)】 ■ The upper electrode pushes the bolt held by the chuck into the workpiece and lower electrode. ■ Since the bolt is held by the chuck, the material of the target bolt is not a concern. ■ The supply head has a simple structure, making maintenance easy. ■ It can be operated easily and is ready for use immediately after installation. ■ Bolts are air-fed to the supply head, allowing for flexible placement of the main unit. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
